AIFF says FIFA, AFC recommendations 'not feasible to implement as of now'

FIFA/AFC have recommended a unified league to AIFF from 2019-2020 season featuring 10 ISL teams and two others. Adding two teams each season, the total number of clubs in the top tier league should reach 16 for the 2021/2022 season by which time the promotion/relegation system kicks in.
